1. Remove any recently installed programs that you do not recognize from Control Panel\Programs and Features
2. Update antivirus and perform a full scan

1. Remove any recently installed programs that you do not recognize from Control Panel\Programs and Features
2. Shut down PC, boot machine while tapping F8 key, enter Windows Safe Mode with Networking
3. Update antivirus and perform a full scan
4. Install Malwarebytes, update, and scan.
5. Remove all malware

3. Technician Level: Basic Way

1. Remove physical hard drive from computer and install in computer with working antivirus
2. Perform full scan with antivirus and Malwarebytes; remove all malware
3. Reinstall hard drive in native PC
4. Update antivirus and perform full scan
5. Install Malwarebytes, update, and scan.
6. Remove all malware

4. Technician Level: Challenging Way

1. Back up all data to external source
2. Reset machine to factory default
3. Install all Windows Updates
4. Install required programs
5. Install antivirus
6. Install printer
7. Restore data from external source
